Responsibilities
As the face of our hospitality, you represent SWISS onboard and take on responsibility in this diverse role, carrying SWISS values across the globe.
Your tasks include:
- Thoroughly preparing for each flight by reviewing all necessary documentation.
- Preparing the aircraft cabin to ensure guests feel welcome.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations in accordance with international standards.
- Executing service procedures while adhering to SWISS quality guidelines, including selling exclusive duty-free products.
- Skillfully preparing meals for our guests in the onboard galley and setting up the service.
- Promoting the "SWISS Saveurs" catering products to Economy Class passengers on European flights.

Requirements

Criteria for Cabin Crew Members:
- Swiss or EU passport.
- Minimum age: 18 years at the start of training (no upper age limit).
- Minimum height: 155 cm.
- Completed three-year apprenticeship or higher school qualification (e.g., Matura).
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Swimming skills.
- Responsible personality willing to work irregular hours.
- Good health and physical resilience.
- Well-groomed appearance. Tattoos on the face, ears, and large tattoos on hands are not permitted.
- Willingness to be vaccinated with Swiss-approved vaccines (including COVID-19 and yellow fever).
- Completed military training, if applicable.
- Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes when on reserve duty.
