Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew Member

Crew Member (Chef de Cabine)!
You will first complete our basic training as a Cabin Crew Member, followed by the training for Senior Cabin Crew Member ("SC")—starting on short-haul and progressing to long-haul routes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth flight operations while adhering to safety and service guidelines.
- Coordinate and proactively plan tasks and workflows on board, utilizing crew members according to their skills and training.
- Implement goals and a shared mission for exceptional, friendly, and customer-focused service on board.
- Perform administrative tasks (e.g., reporting) to ensure comprehensive quality management.
- Collaborate professionally and cooperatively with cockpit crews, management, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of flight experience, including 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew Member.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English, with good knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish (minimum B1 level required).
Additional Qualifications:
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding Swiss German is essential).
- Well-groomed appearance with a minimum height of 158 cm.
- Confident demeanor, strong sense of responsibility, and impeccable manners.
- Willingness to promote active communication about processes and employee performance, and effectively resolve conflicts or challenging situations.
