Responsibilities
As a warm host or hostess above the clouds, you enhance the start and end of our passengers' holidays. While ensuring their comfort, you also carry responsibility for their safety on board. Working in open and collegial teams, you'll enjoy a varied workday and free time at our dream destinations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring smooth workflows before, during, and after the flight.
- Delivering Edelweiss's onboard service and managing onboard sales.

Requirements
At the time of starting, you must have completed basic education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.) and have a positive, customer-focused attitude. Additionally, you should demonstrate high resilience and responsibility.
Additional Qualifications:
- Good conversational German skills (minimum C1) and English proficiency (minimum B2); additional languages are an advantage.
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding Swiss German is required).
- Well-groomed appearance with a warm personality (please review the tattoo policy in the application form).
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, strong communication skills, and excellent empathy.
- Quick learning ability and high adaptability.
- For men: Proof of completed military training (RS), civil service, or exemption from military service.
- Minimum height: 158 cm.
- Good swimming skills.
