Cabin Crew Member – Part-Time

Responsibilities
As a warm host or hostess above the clouds, you enhance the start and end of our guests' holidays. You ensure their comfort and are responsible for safety on board. Working in collegial and open teams, you will enjoy a varied workday.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring smooth workflows before, during, and after the flight, ensuring guests feel welcome and well-cared-for.
- Performing the Edelweiss onboard service and managing onboard sales.
- Reading and preparing thoroughly before each flight rotation to ensure you are well-equipped for your assignments.

Requirements
To qualify, you must have:
- A completed basic education (e.g., apprenticeship, Matura/Abitur).
- At least two years of flight experience as a Cabin Crew Member.
- A passion for working with people and a customer-oriented mindset.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficient German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding Swiss German is required).
- A well-groomed, warm appearance (please check the tattoo policy in the application form).
- Teamwork enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and excellent empathy.
- Quick learning ability and high adaptability.
- For men: Proof of completed military training (RS), civil service, or exemption from military service.
- Minimum height: 158 cm.
- Good swimming skills.
