To meet our projected growth, we are launching the selection process for entry-level pilots with a base in Madrid.
Application Process
Applications will be accepted exclusively through our job portal: trabajaconnosotros.iberia.es. Once submitted, no changes can be made to the application.
Deadline:
- Offer closes: February 28, 2025.
- Base: Madrid.
Requirements
- Education: Successful completion of university entrance exams or equivalent higher education access qualifications.
- Qualifications: ATPL(A) frozen EASA Part FCL and MCC certification.
- Flight Experience: Minimum of 500 total flight hours, currently employed as a pilot on an aircraft certified under CS-25 or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency:
- English: Minimum ICAO Level 4.
- Spanish: Minimum ICAO Level 5.
- Work Authorization: Right to work in the European Union with an unrestricted passport.
- Background Check: Valid criminal record certificate.
- Medical Certificate: Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Height: Minimum 157 cm, maximum 191 cm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Unrestricted ATPL(A).
- Type Ratings.
- University degree.
- Additional aviation experience.
Selection Process
Selection tests will be conducted in staggered groups. Candidates selected for the initial tests will receive an email confirming the time and location of the evaluation. Applicants must provide the required supporting documentation when requested.
Note: Candidates with foreign licenses must convert them to the corresponding Spanish license (AESA) before employment. The cost of this process will not be borne by Iberia.
